Christmas and New Year response times

Specialist Support will be closed for the Christmas and New Year break from the 24th December. We will reopen on the 5th January 2015. Any queries posted during this time will not be answered until the New Year and there may be a slight delay whilst we catch up. We apologise for this appreciate your understanding.

On-line consultancy is available in welfare benefits, housing, money advice, employment and equalities. The on-line service for housing is part of the NHAS consultancy service, with on-line queries answered by Citizens Advice based staff.

Adviser Magazine

The Adviser is one of the leading national publications for advisers, providing information on benefits, housing, employment, consumer and money advice. Published bi-monthly, it contains news, feature articles, reviews of other publications and summaries of important case law.

Specialist Support publishes the magazine, provides the Editor, key subject editors and convenes its editorial board, which includes practitioners from elsewhere in the advice sector.
